Elizabeth Jane

Elizabeth Jane is the Founder and Managing Director at FRSG.

Elizabeth is a Member of the Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi in the Hawkes Bay. Elizabeth is a Wife and Mother to five children. Her passion for people, safety, art and connecting her community have driven her all of her life.

Elizabeth is extremely interconnected with her Community and Industry and is a master at teaching people how to network and encourage a positive team culture.

Elizabeth is loved and respected by all that know her and is a beacon of light for Integrity and Leadership in the Maori Female Business Management in the twenty first century.

Jared Ambrose

Jared Ambrose is the Health and Safety Manager at FRSG.

He is an accomplished Safety Professional and has worked in Health and Safety , Specializing in Asbestos Management and Safety Management System Auditing and Consulting for over 8 years. He also has extensive Outdoor Education, Mentoring and Training experience.

He has designed a variety of training programs with varied learning outcomes ranging from Primary, Secondary and High School all they way through to Corporate Level in Occupational Health and Safety, Inductions, Safety Training, Asbestos Awareness, RPE (Respiratory Protection Equipment) and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) training just to name a few.

His philosophy is to empower people to achieve their dreams safely, responsibly and ethically.

Jenn Randall

Jen joined Falcon Ridge Safety Group as a Junior Health and Safety Coordinator and brings one year of experience within the asbestos & demolition industry. As a Junior HSE Coordinator, Jen is methodical in her approach to HSE and has a keen eye for detail.

She continues to grow within the industry and has been a great asset to the company thus far

Jen is currently Studying a Bachelor of Science majoring in Health and Safety.


Hayley Louise

Hayley joined Falcon Ridge in late 2022. She brings over 10 years of industry experience having developed and managed high performance building systems and safety systems.

She has worked in Health and Safety departments for Construction and Building Industry before taking a short break to focus on being an awesome mother to her two children.

Hayley holds certification in Crisis management, HSE, Hazard Id and Risk Assessment, Incident and Emergency Management and Certification in Conducting Compliance Audits.
